I’m not quite sure the reason, but it sure is hard to find quality customer service with your average junk removal company. Most of them out there just want to get in, get the junk, get their money, and get out. In ways that is understandable, but for a lot of people out there, that just isn’t enough.
Customer service seems to be a lost art in today’s business world. I’m not sure if it is because of technology, and the fact that so much business is done over the internet, or via phone, or what. So many business, small and large, have become too worried about their all important bottom line, and completely forgot about what is most important, their customers.
