Before
We had someone call us on friday, and the customer had himself in a bind. The family was moving out and had collected a ton of junk in their driveway. The wound up being a lot more junk then they had originally anticipated. The junk filled the driveway so much that the moving trucks couldn’t get in to load up their furniture and boxes.
After
We pushed back some of our other appointments to accommodate them with same day service. We rushed over there and cleaned up the junk as fast as we could. Its really nice to be able so help people out of jam, it felt good when the customers went on and on about how we lived up to our name. Our customers always come first.
