Today was a pretty gravy day for the Stand Up Guys Junk Removal Crew, first of all we got roll out to Marietta for our first job (Marietta is most of our crews home town). Second, the job was all neatly stacked right in the garage (Gotta love when customers do that), which is always nice not have to walk far. Don’t get me wrong though, not every job is that gravy, we do our fair share of huffin’ and puffin’. So its nice to have a job that’s a little on the easier side.

This particular customer was doing some serious spring cleaning after there oldest left for college. So you can imagine, there was a boat load of junk. This time of year we find that this type of job (Spring Cleaning) is the most common among our customers, everybody’s doing there spring cleaning for the year.

It was also a nice job because we were able to donate a lot of there “Junk” to a goodwill, right there in Marietta, we donated a Tv, a night stand and a few other nice items. Donating not only drives the cost down for our customers, but it is also great for us to help out and give back to the community that has been so great to us over the years.

A Job Well Done

Many of the members of our crew grew up right here in Marietta, so the more we can help the better. It might sound cheesy, but we named our company Stand Up Guys for a reason, that’s what we are, that’s who we are, we do all we can to help our customers, community and our environment, in no way is that a fabrication. We stand by our name, our entire business concept and practice rely on our customer service, and our ability to please our customers.

Today our customers also were extremely nice, its wonderful to get to work for good people, it just makes your life a lot easier, it makes having good customer service a heck of a lot easier too. Not every customer we have is as understanding, and as nice as today’s but either way we apply the same principles to all our customers nice or not.

Some times we deal with customers that are in a position where they don’t want to spend money on junk removal, so they aren’t in the greatest moods to see or deal with us. When we deal with these types of customers, we try to go even further into helping them to be satisfied, whether that is either giving them a better price, or offering different services to please them, we will do it.

Don’t think that Marietta is the only place we enjoy working though, we love you too, all our Atlanta, Alpharetta and Roswell Customers.
