Crew Leaders must know how to charge and price, deal with customers face-to-face, manage their crew, and know all the proper “Stand Up Guys Ways” of disposing and recycling Junk. Customer Service is imperative at Stand Up Guys, and the crew leaders are a large part of the customer service experience. Crew leaders are in charge of the routes they take and their on-time service!
