Huge Pile of Leaves
Today we had some seriously gorgeous weather to work in in Roswell. It doesn’t matter how nice the weather is when the job is a rough one though, and this was definitely a rough one. We had a huge pile of leaves in the back yard of one of our customers homes that we had to pick up & haul to the truck.
Rough or not, The Stand Up Guys Junk Removal Crew always gets the job done. Yeah we like the gravy jobs, but getting our hands dirty isn’t that bad either. The harder jobs are what give us a true appreciation for the easier ones, so deep down we actually love the hard jobs. Whether you have a pile of leaves down a hill in your back yard, or a couple of boxes at the end of your driveway. We will take care of both, after all it’s what we do. Junk removal is just our thang’.
This particular customer had himself and his three teenage boys go out and rake up all the leaves and yard debris from the back, side, and front of the house.
They took all the leaves and yard debris and stacked it all in one big neat pile in the back yard.
Pile All Gone!
Even though we worked hard to haul everything up to the truck and load it, we know that comparatively we had the easier job, raking is much harder then just cleaning up a pile.
The customers were extra cool too, they actually brought us out water several times and even made us lunch on the house. All around great people. The best part about the whole job though, was when we finished.
Why you ask? Well because We found someone down the street that was looking for some mulch to put in there back yard.
We happened to know someone with a machine that turns the leaves and sticks into mulch. So we put our heads together and came up with a solution for them. We were able to take all the sticks from our fist customer and turn them into mulch for their neighbors. So we were able to help two people out in one fail swoop. Great Day.
