The Donna Situation
Donna a wonderful resident of Chastain, recently expanded a room in her basement. Everything was being cleared out, from old workout machines to furniture and carpet ALL the junk was going.
She had guys in and out of her house for days, and junk was piling up by the second. Since these guys refused to do the junk removal part, she made them make a pile of junk in her backyard on a gravel driveway, so everything was cleared out of her house.
Finally, her project was finished and now came time to find a fast, reliable junk removal company that was affordable. She had a couple national companies take a look, but their prices were way over her budget. So she started looking for local companies and found the Stand Up Guys on Kudzu.
The Call in
Just More Junk…
She looked through our website and was very impressed with The Stand Up Guys Junk Removal Crew’s experience and great customer reviews (we do have over 140 five star reviews on kudzu alone). Donna knew this was the right choice for her job, and called immediately.
Ryan answered the phone and reassured her that everything was going to be taken care of on her time. He explained that we give free estimates, and that we cover the entire Chastain and Atlanta area. He also explained to her that because of the free estimates we provide, if there is no agreement on price, she is not obligated to pay a dime! She loved the way we operated and scheduled an appointment the next day. Ryan put her on the schedule for the specific time she wanted and sent a crew out there the following day.
The Removal Process
The next day, Ross and Christiaan were on their way to Donna’s Chastain home. Ross gave her our regular courtesy call to let her know they were 30 minutes away. This gives the customer time to get everything ready and add or remove any items she pleased. They backed in the driveway and Ross knocked on the front door.
Donna answered the door and was impressed with how clean cut they looked. Ross introduced himself and they walked around back to take a look at the pile. He gave her a quote that was exactly what she was looking for. The deal was signed and The Blue Crew were at it again.
Junk…Gone!
They were able to back right up to the pile and get to work. Christiaan hopped in the truck and stacked everything as best he can while Ross hands him everything. This was we are able to put what we want in first to build a base and fit as much junk in the truck as they can to give the customer the best possible value.
Stacking takes up less room, which saves money for Donna and helps us fit more jobs in. Its a win-win! After everything was in the truck, it did not fill up as much as Ross thought and they were able to save Donna some cash from the original quote.
After everything was raked up and the truck was all closed up, Ross went up to let Donna know they were finished. She was jumping for joy to find out they actually saved her some money from the estimate, and wrote an amazing review about her experience.

Donna was so thrilled with the timeliness and prices, she uses The Stand Up Guys for any junk removal needs. From yard debris and leaves, to old furniture and appliances.
